			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The image has always been a very powerful tool for criticising and undermining the standard and acceptable way of looking at the world.</p>
<p>This is an open, global competiton that invites participants to take a fresh look at the creative/destructive power of the image. There are no formal categories and all contributions are welcome: Photography, Literature, Philosophy, Art and just about anything else you can send in and that addresses the topic. Contributions that combine image and text in various ways would be particularly interesting.</p>
<p>1st prize: £200; 2nd prize: £100<br />
and publication of best submissions</p>
<p>How to apply<br />
1. Visit the competition page on our website: http://www.libartslondon.co.uk/portfolio/competition/gallery/libarts/<br />
2. Entry to the competition is free and open to anyone and submissions about/from any world location may be submitted.<br />
3. Attach your submission to an email and send it to competition@libartslondon.co.uk (Please make sure that you include your full name and the title of your work in the email.)</p>
<p>Judges will review the entries on each of the following criteria:<br />
1. Impact<br />
2. Creativity/Originality<br />
3. Composition/Technical Quality<br />
4. Style</p>
